Situational analysis

The study of the initial data of the design area and its surroundings which allows to establish design boundaries in a specific area in accordance with building regulations, as well as to determine approximate technical and economic indicators. With the help of 3D modeling we achieve a rational use of the situational features of the design area.

Concept of the project

Development of the main parameters of the future project. At this stage a sketch model of the object is created which includes three-dimensional solutions, determination of stylistic and architectural features, and materials.The project concept allows you to see the future image of the architecture and calculate its approximate parameters at the pre-project stage.

Architectural project

Development of a detailed 3D model based on preliminary solutions developed at the stage of conceptual design.The resulting model is an exact computer copy of the future design object, which allows predicting the future general structural, construction and system parameters of the building, and also serves as a source of design documentation.

Creation of photorealistic images/videos of the design object in the context of a real situation, which allows you to visually see how the building will look after implementation.With the help of computer graphics and a 3D model of the developed project, we can reproduce any demonstration conditions:
- detailing of the environment
- time of day
- season
- internal lighting
- filling the object with furniture, etc.

Working documentation

Creation of necessary documentation for construction. The use of an interactive 3D model of the object and the use of the latest software allows us to transfer the developed image into working drawings for further construction as accurately as possible.
